Meet our team of highly experienced Chartered Physiotherapists and Pilates instructors...

Anna is a Chartered Physiotherapist with many years experience specialising in musculoskeletal problems and sports injuries. She has a special interest in endurance sport, particularly rowing, cycling, running and triathlon. Anna qualified with a BSc (hons) in Physiotherapy at the University of Birmingham in 2002, and gained distinction in a Masters in Advanced Sports Physiotherapy at University College London in 2007. Anna is a member of the Manipulation Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (MACP), the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists, and gained full certification as a Pilates instructor under the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI). Anna has worked for many years in both the NHS in Oxford and in elite sport including with GB rowing and spent 10 years as the physiotherapist to the Oxford University Boat Club. In 2019 Anna relocated from Oxford to Cornwall and is therefore currently unavailable for physiotherapy appointments in Oxford.

Dom is an experienced musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapist who has worked in both the NHS, private practice and sports including football and rugby.

He is also the team physiotherapist for Oxford Harlequins RFC.

Jess is a highly motivated physiotherapist in regards to her patients rehabilitation and her own learning. She current works within a musculoskeletal setting in the NHS but has a strong background in sport.

Frankie graduated in 2015 from Oxford Brookes University with a First class degree in Physiotherapy, having already completed a BSc in Sports Science from Loughborough University. Frankie has worked in musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, gaining further postgraduate qualifications in sports massage, taping and Pilates.

Rita began her Pilates journey in 2012 and completed the instructor training for matwork and equipment in Hong Kong. She is now studying physiotherapy at Oxford Brookes University. With a background in sports medicine and advanced training in Pilates for injuries and pathologies, she has been using Pilates with athletes and clients in their rehabilitation and injury prevention programs. She enjoys dancing ballet and practicing yoga.

Gill offers the reassurance of a Pilates Practitioner with a clinical background, a comprehensive Pilates training in both Pilates studio equipment and matwork, and adult teaching qualifications. She is also a TRE practitioner ( tension and trauma release exercise) and enjoys cycling, dancing and hiking.
